Simple Gingerbread Banana Pancakes for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 banana
  • 1 scoop protein powder or collagen
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp nutmeg

Preparation

  1. Whisk 2 eggs.

  2. Mash 1 banana.

  3. Add 1 scoop of protein powder or collagen.

  4. Add 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp ginger, and 1 tsp nutmeg.

  5. Mix all ingredients together.

  6. Spoon small amounts of the mixture into a skillet over low-medium heat.

  7. Cook to make about 7-8 small pancakes.

  8. Top with organic honey and additional banana slices.
