Simple Gingerbread Banana Pancakes for Breakfast
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop protein powder or collagen
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp nutmeg
Preparation
Whisk 2 eggs.
Mash 1 banana.
Add 1 scoop of protein powder or collagen.
Add 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp ginger, and 1 tsp nutmeg.
Mix all ingredients together.
Spoon small amounts of the mixture into a skillet over low-medium heat.
Cook to make about 7-8 small pancakes.
Top with organic honey and additional banana slices.
