Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 2-3 ripe bananas
  • 1-2 cups wild blueberries
  • 2 tsp barley grass juice powder
  • 2 tsp hawaiian spirulina
  • 1 tbs atlantic dulse flakes
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 8 soaked dates

Preparation

  1. Add whatever else sounds good to you

  2. I often add extra dates, raw honey and strawberries
