Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 2-3 ripe bananas
- 1-2 cups wild blueberries
- 2 tsp barley grass juice powder
- 2 tsp hawaiian spirulina
- 1 tbs atlantic dulse flakes
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 8 soaked dates
Preparation
Add whatever else sounds good to you
I often add extra dates, raw honey and strawberries
