Sweet and Savory Brunch Omelet with Sourdough

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • ghee
  • vegetables
  • feta cheese
  • sourdough bread
  • peanut butter
  • 1/2 banana
  • a few strawberries

Preparation

  1. Whisk 2 eggs.

  2. Cook the whisked eggs in ghee in a skillet until cooked through.

  3. Add sautéed vegetables to half of the omelet.

  4. Flip the omelet and cook a little more.

  5. Top with feta cheese.

  6. For the bread, take a slice of sourdough and top with peanut butter, half a banana, and a few strawberries.
