Sweet and Savory Brunch Omelet with Sourdough
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- ghee
- vegetables
- feta cheese
- sourdough bread
- peanut butter
- 1/2 banana
- a few strawberries
Preparation
Whisk 2 eggs.
Cook the whisked eggs in ghee in a skillet until cooked through.
Add sautéed vegetables to half of the omelet.
Flip the omelet and cook a little more.
Top with feta cheese.
For the bread, take a slice of sourdough and top with peanut butter, half a banana, and a few strawberries.
