Tahini Date Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • tahini date overnight oats
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 soft medjool date
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed

Preparation

  1. Mix together dry ingredients in a Tupperware container

  2. Mix in tahini and lightly mash date into oat mixture to evenly spread it out

  3. Add in milk, give a quick stir then place in fridge overnight

  4. Next morning add in mashed banana and serve with fruit and nuts/seeds

  5. This was ridiculously good

  6. Might be my go to this week
