Tahini Date Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- tahini date overnight oats
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 soft medjool date
- 1 tbsp tahini
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
Preparation
Mix together dry ingredients in a Tupperware container
Mix in tahini and lightly mash date into oat mixture to evenly spread it out
Add in milk, give a quick stir then place in fridge overnight
Next morning add in mashed banana and serve with fruit and nuts/seeds
This was ridiculously good
