Vanilla Milkshake Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chilled almond milk
  • 1/2 cup water to thin the smoothie as needed, for thick smoothie add more milk
  • 1 cup blanched then frozen cauliflower
  • 1 leveled scoop of @lovegoodfats Vanilla Milk Shake Powder
  • 1/4-1/2 a @lovegoodfats Rich Chocolatey Almond Bar chopped for the topping
  • Extra nuts, seeds and a few frozen berries topping

Preparation

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy

  2. Top it with extra seeds, nuts and frozen berries

  3. Enjoy
