Vanilla Milkshake Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chilled almond milk
- 1/2 cup water to thin as needed
- 1 cup blanched then frozen cauliflower
- 1 leveled scoop of @lovegoodfats Vanilla Milk Shake Powder
Toppings
- 1/4 - 1/2 @lovegoodfats Rich Chocolatey Almond Bar, chopped
- Extra nuts
- Extra seeds
- A few frozen berries
Preparation
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy.
Top it with extra seeds, nuts and frozen berries. Enjoy.
