Vanilla Milkshake Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chilled almond milk
  • 1/2 cup water to thin as needed
  • 1 cup blanched then frozen cauliflower
  • 1 leveled scoop of @lovegoodfats Vanilla Milk Shake Powder

Toppings

  • 1/4 - 1/2 @lovegoodfats Rich Chocolatey Almond Bar, chopped
  • Extra nuts
  • Extra seeds
  • A few frozen berries

Preparation

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy.

  2. Top it with extra seeds, nuts and frozen berries. Enjoy.
