Vanilla Milkshake Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chilled almond milk
- 1/2 cup water to thin the smoothie as needed, for thick smoothie add more milk
- 1 cup blanched then frozen cauliflower
- 1 leveled scoop of @lovegoodfats Vanilla Milk Shake Powder
- 1/4-1/2 a @lovegoodfats Rich Chocolatey Almond Bar chopped for the topping
- Extra nuts, seeds and a few frozen berries topping
Preparation
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy
Top it with extra seeds, nuts and frozen berries
