Vanilla Quinoa Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c cooked quinoa
  • 1/4-1/3 c rolled oats (depending on how hangry you are in the mornings)
  • 1 c almond milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 heaping tbsp of chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Combine everything into a air tight container and store it in the fridge overnight

  2. You can make a week’s worth in the beginning the week and top it off with whatever you’re feeling in the morning! i went with blubs, nectarines and peanut butter today ?
