Vanilla Quinoa Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 c cooked quinoa
- 1/4-1/3 c rolled oats (depending on how hangry you are in the mornings)
- 1 c almond milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 heaping tbsp of chia seeds
Preparation
Combine everything into a air tight container and store it in the fridge overnight
You can make a week’s worth in the beginning the week and top it off with whatever you’re feeling in the morning! i went with blubs, nectarines and peanut butter today ?
