Vegan Marble Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 2 medium ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 neatfoods vegan egg substitutes
- 1/4 cup cashew milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup enjoylifefoods vegan chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper
Blend the oats to create an oat flour, then mix together all of the dry ingredients.
Place the wet ingredients in a food processor and pulse until fully combined.
Stir the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients.
Melt the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl, then add half of the batter with the melted chocolate.
Layer the two batters in your pan and swirl the top layer with a spoon before baking.
Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.
