Vegan Marble Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 neatfoods vegan egg substitutes
  • 1/4 cup cashew milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup enjoylifefoods vegan chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. Grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper

  3. Blend the oats to create an oat flour, then mix together all of the dry ingredients.

  4. Place the wet ingredients in a food processor and pulse until fully combined.

  5. Stir the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients.

  6. Melt the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl, then add half of the batter with the melted chocolate.

  7. Layer the two batters in your pan and swirl the top layer with a spoon before baking.

  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.
