Walnut Chia Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • handful of walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup plant milk

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients to a jar, mix well and place in the fridge overnight

  2. Enjoy in the morning with your favourite toppings
