Walnut Chia Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • handful of walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup plant milk

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients to a jar and mix well.

  2. Place the jar in the fridge overnight.

  3. In the morning, enjoy with favourite toppings like orange slices, thick plant yoghurt, and chocolate chips.
