  • 1 tbs of flaxseed protein
  • 1/4 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbs of baobab powder
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 1 small banana
  • 1/4 tsp of fresh vanilla powder
  • pinch of himalayan salt
  • 2 tsp of beetroot powder
  • 1 tsp of flax oil
  • toppings: 1 tsp of bee pollen, walnuts, freeze dried raspberries, banana flowers, 1 tbs of hemp seeds.
