Warm Sprouted Buckwheat Porridge
Ingredients
- 1 cup of sprouted buckwheat
- 1 cup of warm plant milk
- A handful of walnuts
- 1 Tbs of @clearspringuk flaxseed protein
- 1/4 tsp @clearspringuk apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbs of @afya baobab powder
- 1 capsule of @unbeelievablehealth maxi strength immune support capsule
- 2 medjool dates
- 1 small banana
- 1/4 tsp of fresh vanilla powder
- Pinch of Himalayan salt
- 2 tsp of @nutristrength beetroot powder
- 1 tsp of @clearspringuk flax oil
Toppings
- 1 tsp of @healthytreecompany bee pollen
- Walnuts
- freeze dried raspberries
- Banana flowers
- 1 Tbs of @sevenhillswholefoods hemp seeds
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Heat the mixture until warm.
Add toppings and serve.
