tonight I grilled up some chicken + pineapple + veggie skewers
and then topped them with some @goodfoods plant based avocado pesto dip (omg
combining my two loves?) and it was the perfect mid-week meal with plenty of leftovers for the rest of the week! ??? going to be making this for the rest of the summer for sure ? for the chicken + veggies I just marinated them in 1/4 cup honey
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup avocado oil
1 tsp minced garlic
salt + pepper for 30 min and then grilled them all together on soaked wooden kabobs for about 14 minutes
