Crispy Salmon and Balsamic Brussels

Ingredients

  • Salmon recipe: heat a skillet over medium heat
  • When warm add in avocado oil and salmon (seasoned this slice with new bae) and cook for 3 mins on each side
  • Brussels recipe: 1 tbsp avocado oil + 2 tbsp balsamic + 1/2 tbsp garlic powder + sprinkle of pink Himalayan salt + 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 450F for 25 mins
  • Paired with leftover cauliflower rice + sautéed mushrooms + tomatoes
