Crispy Salmon and Balsamic Brussels
Ingredients
- Salmon recipe: heat a skillet over medium heat
- When warm add in avocado oil and salmon (seasoned this slice with new bae) and cook for 3 mins on each side
- Brussels recipe: 1 tbsp avocado oil + 2 tbsp balsamic + 1/2 tbsp garlic powder + sprinkle of pink Himalayan salt + 1/2 tsp pepper
- 450F for 25 mins
- Paired with leftover cauliflower rice + sautéed mushrooms + tomatoes
