Leftover salmon + tomatoes + balsamic Brussels (I did 2 bags of Brussels + 2 tbsp of avocado oil + 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar + 1 tbsp garlic powder + sprinkle of pink Himalayan salt baked at 400F for 35 mins then broiled for a few minutes) + sweet potato noodles (sautéed in avocado oil for 8 minutes over medium heat) + sautéed zucchini
