Cucumber Dal

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Toor dal
  • cucumber
  • tomatoes and green chillie
  • cumin mustard seeds
  • turmeric powder
  • garlic
  • cumin
  • corrinder seeds

Preparation

  1. Chop cucumber, tomatoes and green chillies n set aside

  2. Heat a kadai add on some oil the splutter cumin mustard seeds...then add in cucumber pieces cook for 5 mins then add turmeric powder, Tomatoes n salt n cook for another 5-10 mins

  3. Add on cooked dal along with some water or according to your dal consistency

  4. Pound Garlic, cumin and corrinder seeds and add this to rolling Boiling Dal

  5. Rolling boiling for 5 mins or so and then ready to serve
