Five Minute Grain-Free, Dairy-Free
Ingredients
- 1 large courgette
- 1 tbsp of EVOO
- 1/2 lemon juice
- a small fistful of fresh flat leaf parsley
- 1 tbsp of capers
- sea salt
- lots of black pepper and a 1/2 cup of brown and white crab meat (or as much as you can afford - it’s pricey stuff)
Preparation
Simply throw everything into a large pan and cook for a matter of minutes, giving everything a good mix
