Hodge Podge

Ingredients

  • 1 can of full fat coconut milk
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch(or other thickening agent) and the steamed veggies

Preparation

  1. N a medium sized pot I combined 1 can of full fat coconut milk, salt, pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp cornstarch(or other thickening agent) and the steamed veggies

  2. Bring to a low boil over medium-high heat, reduce heat and simmer until thickened then serve immediately with fresh chives
