- - 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE
- - 1 TBSP AGAVE SYRUP
- - 2 TBSP TAHINI
- FOR THE CHICKPEAS
- - 420G (16oz) CHICKPEAS
- - 2 TSP CUMIN + 1/2 TSP SALT
- - WATER (cook on high heat until they pop)
- FOR THE KALE
- - KALE - LEMON JUICE (cook on medium until slightly soft)
