Pumpkin Pancakes and Donuts

Ingredients

  • for the bean layer:
  • 1 can of refried beans
  • 3/4 cup of blended tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 tsp of chili powder
  • 1 tsp of cumin
  • 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp of onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp of dried oregeno
  • 1/2 tsp of smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp of pink salt
  • 1/4 tsp of pepper
  • a pinch of cursed red pepper flakes
  • a dash of cayenne
  • for the queso:
  • 1 cup of soaked cashews
  • 3/4 cup of filtered water
  • 1/8 cup of nutritional yeast
  • 2 tsp of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp of pink salt
  • 3/4 tsp of chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp of turmeric
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • for the guac:
  • 3 large hass avocados
  • 1-2 tbs of lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp of pink salt
  • for the toppings:
  • sour cream
  • sliced black olives
  • sliced green onion
  • diced tomato

Preparation

  1. For the bean layer, heat a small pot and add all ingredients

  2. Stir to combine and cook for a few minutes

  3. Transfer to dip dish of choice

  4. For the queso, combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth add to dip dish when finished

  5. For the quac layer add all ingredients into a bowl and smash well until creamy smooth

  6. Gently spread onto dip dish(you might need to get your hands dirty for this ?)

  7. With a piping bag make web

  8. Place olive spider onto center and add toppings around the edge of dish

  9. Serve and enjoy!
