Salsa

Ingredients

  • I made some salsa and used 2 cups of it for the stuffing. I gently fried some onions in olive oil and added a can of red kidney beans to it. Then I seasoned it with a clove of garlic
  • 1 tsp of turmeric
  • 1 tsp of smoked paprika
  • a pinch of spicy paprika
  • salt and pepper. I popped quinoa in coconut oil
  • boiled it and seasoned with lemon juice
  • a clove of garlic and salt and pepper. Then I combined all three - salsa
  • quinoa and beans and stuffed the peppers with it. I sprinkled it with olive oil and roasted at 176 degrees C (350 F) for 25 minutes
