Masala Macaroni

Ingredients

  • macaroni
  • salt
  • 1/2 tps oil
  • chopped onions
  • ginger garlic paste
  • tomato puree
  • 1/4 tps coriander powder
  • 1/4 tps turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tps maggi masala-e-magic
  • 1/2 tps macaroni masala
  • boiled sweet corns
  • french beans
  • coriander leaves

Preparation

  1. Boil the macaroni with salt and 1/2 tps oil until it get lightly soft

  2. Take out water from it and wash with cold water to remove stickiness

  3. Now add oil to pan and then add chopped onions and ginger garlic paste until it get light brown

  4. Add tomato puree with spices: 1/4 tps coriander powder, 1/4 tps turmeric powder, 1/2 tps maggi masala-e-magic. 1/2 tps macaroni masala

  5. Stir well for 2 min and then add boiled macaroni with boiled sweet corns and french beans

  6. Stir well again for 3 min and add coriander leaves as topping
