Air Fried Cinnamon Gnocchi Crunch
Ingredients
- 1 cup gnocchi (i used homemade cauliflower gnocchi, recipe linked below)
- 1 1/2 tbsp raw cane sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (pps is ? too)
- optional glaze: 2 heaping tbsp vegan powdered sugar + 1/2 tsp almond milk or water
Preparation
Air fry gnocchi for 5 minutes at 380 f
Mix cinnamon and sugar
Lightly spray gnocchi with oil and toss in cinnamon sugar
Air fry for another 10-12 minutes or until crispy
Mix the glaze together
