Bliss Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple (canned is fine!) 1 1/4 cups oats
- 1 cup almonds
- 2 t. maple syrup
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 7 dates
- sprinkle of cinnamon
Preparation
Soak the dates in warm water for ten minutes, and remove skins. Blend the pineapple, oats, almonds, and dates in a food processor ?stir in the rest of the ingredients and roll into balls and roll in shredded coconut. Refrigerate
