Crunchy Roasted Chickpeas Healthy Snack
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Olive oil
Preparation
Rinse and dry chickpeas
In a bowl, add chickpeas and all spices and mix well, drizzle some olive oil
Air fry at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes or bake in the oven for 35-45 minutes
Tips
This is a great and healthy snack, also delicious as a salad topping
