Crunchy Roasted Chickpeas Healthy Snack

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Olive oil

Preparation

  1. Rinse and dry chickpeas

  2. In a bowl, add chickpeas and all spices and mix well, drizzle some olive oil

  3. Air fry at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes or bake in the oven for 35-45 minutes

Tips

  1. This is a great and healthy snack, also delicious as a salad topping
