Frozen Mango Yogurt Popsicles
Ingredients
- 3 small-sized mangoes
- 1.5 cups sugar-free plain Greek yogurt
- 15mL milk (optional)
Preparation
Wash and peel the mangoes.
Insert popsicle sticks into the mangoes.
Freeze the mangoes overnight.
If needed, add 15mL milk to the yogurt to make it runny for better coating.
Find a tall and wide enough glass to fully dip the mangoes in.
Dip the mangoes in the yogurt mixture.
Freeze for 5-10 minutes for the yogurt to set.
Serve ready.
