Gluten-Free Vegan Choc-Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten-free flour mix
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1 cup jungle oats
- 1 tsp baking power
- 1 tsp sea salt
- dark choc chips
- 120g melted coconut oil
- 2 cups coconut sugar (can use normal- coconut has caramel flavour)
- dash of vanilla extract
- 8 tbsp plant milk
Preparation
Combine well then pour this wet mix slowly into dry mix. Should be super sticky & tough. Then set in fridge for 30 min & heat oven to 180C.
Then roll into balls and bake in the oven for 17min ✌?✌?✌?Best made on a silicon mat - we did some on parchment & those ones were darker underneath so try get a silicone mat
