Gluten-Free Vegan Choc-Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free flour mix ⁣
  • 1 cup chickpea flour ⁣
  • 1 cup jungle oats ⁣
  • 1 tsp baking power ⁣
  • 1 tsp sea salt ⁣
  • dark choc chips ⁣
  • 120g melted coconut oil ⁣
  • 2 cups coconut sugar (can use normal- coconut has caramel flavour) ⁣
  • dash of vanilla extract ⁣
  • 8 tbsp plant milk⁣

Preparation

  1. Combine well then pour this wet mix slowly into dry mix. Should be super sticky & tough. Then set in fridge for 30 min & heat oven to 180C. ⁣

  2. Then roll into balls and bake in the oven for 17min ✌?✌?✌?Best made on a silicon mat - we did some on parchment & those ones were darker underneath so try get a silicone mat
