Smoked Tofu Veggie Rolls with a Peanut Tamarind Dip
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp tamarind paste
- 2 tsp coconut blossom sugar or sweetener of choice
- 4 tbsp coconut milk or water
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil (optional)
Preparation
Juice of 1/2 lime
Mix well and serve with your favourite veggie rolls
