- 1/2 cup raw cashews (soaked overnight)

Preparation
Prepare the red velvet muffins according to the recipe provided in the link.
For the frosting, drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
In a blender, combine the soaked cashews, avocado, maple syrup, vanilla, and a pinch of salt.
Blend the mixture until smooth, adding cashew milk gradually to achieve the desired consistency.
