Strawberry Chia Pudding


  • For the chia pudding I used 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp maple syrup and 200ml coconut water and left to thicken while I did my workout


  1. I layered the chia pudding with strawberries whizzed up with a little maple syrup

  2. I added some almond butter to the jar and drizzled some on top along with a sprinkling of granola

  3. I could have eaten it all but kept half for tomorrow, so I might add some more granola or fruit in the morning
