Vegan Chili Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 tbl oil
  • 2 tbl flour
  • 2 cups non-dairy milk
  • 2 cups shredded vegan cheese

Preparation

  1. Heat the oil, whisk in the flour and optional spices, whisk in the milk, heat till bubbling, whisk in the shredded cheese

  2. That's it

  3. You're making a roux to start then add the milk for a bechemel, then the cheese and any spices
