5-Minute No-Bake Cheesecake Delight

Ingredients

Crust

  • 3 whole wheat crackers (or cookies)
  • 30ml milk (or plant-based beverage)

Filling

  • 150g Greek yogurt (or soy yogurt)
  • 30ml milk (or plant-based beverage)
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 15g chia seeds

Topping

  • jam of your choice

Preparation

  1. Crumble the whole wheat crackers and soak them in milk; pour the mixture into a small cake mold and form the crust.

  2. For the filling, mix all the ingredients, and once combined, pour them over the crust.

  3. Let the cheesecake rest in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.

  4. Remove the cake mold, add your preferred topping, and enjoy your meal.
