Baked Berry Oats Blueberry Crumble Style
Ingredients
- 275 g oats
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1.5 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp flaxseeds + water (flax eggs)
- 300 ml dairy-free milk
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 ripe banana mashed
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1tbsp maple or agave syrup / 2 soaked dates (optional)
- 1/2 cup fresh berries
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F while mixing the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and syrup or dates in a large bowl.
Mix the flax eggs, milk, and oil separately and pour this into the dry mixture when done.
Pour the mixture into your oven pan.
Bake for 35 minutes or until golden.
Top with more fresh fruit, nut butter, more syrup, vegan chocolate, or coconut yogurt for added enjoyment.
