Banana Bread with Chia and Cinnamon
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp agave nectar
- 200g oatmeal
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
- 12 tbsp water
Preparation
Mix the chia seeds with 12 tbsp of water, stirring every 2-3 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180°C with two-sided heat.
Peel the bananas and crush them with a fork.
Mix the mashed bananas with all the other ingredients and the chia seeds.
Put the dough in a baking tin.
Bake in the oven for 40 minutes on the middle rail.
