Banana Bread with Chia and Cinnamon

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp agave nectar
  • 200g oatmeal
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 12 tbsp water

Preparation

  1. Mix the chia seeds with 12 tbsp of water, stirring every 2-3 minutes.

  2. Preheat the oven to 180°C with two-sided heat.

  3. Peel the bananas and crush them with a fork.

  4. Mix the mashed bananas with all the other ingredients and the chia seeds.

  5. Put the dough in a baking tin.

  6. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes on the middle rail.
