Banana Oats

Ingredients

  • - 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Bring almond milk to bowl then add oats and lower the heat

  2. Once the oats are mostly cooked, stir in the banana, maple syrup, and cinnamon

  3. Cook for another minute or so then pour into a bowl and top! Topped mine with frozen blueberries, chia seeds, cacao nibs, PB, and one of my pumpkin peanut butter truffles
