Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 1 cup milk
  • small handful of ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 2 heaped tbsp greek yoghurt
  • 1 heaped tbsp nut butter
  • fresh berries and my apricot & coconut muesli to sprinkle on top!

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients, bar the fresh berries and muesli, to a high powered blender and blend until thick and creamy

  2. Top with fresh berries and muesli
