Berry Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen berries
- 1 cup milk
- small handful of ice cubes
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 2 heaped tbsp greek yoghurt
- 1 heaped tbsp nut butter
- fresh berries and my apricot & coconut muesli to sprinkle on top!
Preparation
Add all ingredients, bar the fresh berries and muesli, to a high powered blender and blend until thick and creamy
Top with fresh berries and muesli
