Blood Orange Salsa with Tempeh, Brussel Sprouts, Fire Roasted Corn and Forbidden Rice
Ingredients
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- salt to taste
- strawberry salsa
- 1 pint strawberries, finely diced
- zest and juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 red onion, finely diced
- 1/2 jalapeño (feel free to remove seeds if you like mild)
- handful of cilantro, minced
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- pinch of garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Combine all diced ingredients into a bowl
With a spoon or spatula, gently fold ingredients together. Adjust salt to preference and toss salsa together once more. Allow salsa to sit in the fridge for at least 15 minutes before serving
