Blue Oats

Ingredients

  • I am enjoying these red
  • white and blue oats made very simply with 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • berries and 1 tbsp baobab powder. I added strawberries
  • cherries
  • blueberries
  • Hemp hearts and some Coconut chocolate because I needed a little extra oomph! If you don't have much time in the morning then this sort of thing is very quick to mix up and if you are super organised you can make it the night before
