Breakfast
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup steel cut oats
- lots of cinnamon
- 1/4 cup ground flax (optional
- 2 cups plant milk
Preparation
Mash 2 bananas
Add 2 cups rolled oats, 1/4 cup steel cut oats (optional but recommended), lots of cinnamon, 1/4 cup ground flax (optional; can also use a different seed), and 2 cups plant milk
Stir to combine, then pour into baking dish (I use an 8x8 glass pan)
Layer peaches on top
Bake for ~35 mins at 350F
