Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup steel cut oats
  • lots of cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup ground flax (optional
  • 2 cups plant milk

Preparation

  1. Mash 2 bananas

  2. Add 2 cups rolled oats, 1/4 cup steel cut oats (optional but recommended), lots of cinnamon, 1/4 cup ground flax (optional; can also use a different seed), and 2 cups plant milk

  3. Stir to combine, then pour into baking dish (I use an 8x8 glass pan)

  4. Layer peaches on top

  5. Bake for ~35 mins at 350F
