Chicken Dinner And cheesey sprouts

Ingredients

  • 200g sprouts
  • tbsp oil
  • grated cheese
  • 80g cheddar and 80g mozarella
  • 250g chicken and 150g broccoli

Preparation

  1. To make the sprouts peel and cut 200g sprouts in half. Heat a tbsp oil or butter and fry them cut side down for about 5 minutes, then stir them around for another couple of minutes. Tip into an ovenproof dish and cover with grated cheese - we used 80g cheddar and 80g mozarella. Cook for 15-20 minutes at 200°C we could have taken these out closer to 15 but they still tasted great

  2. I had 250g chicken and 150g broccoli with half the cheesey sprouts
