Chickpea Brownies

Ingredients

  • 15oz can or 1 1/2 cups of chickpeas
  • 1/3 cacao powder
  • 2 flax eggs
  • 3/4 cup unrefined whole cane sugar (or 1/2 cup agave nectar)
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp baking powder

Preparation

  1. In a blender or food processor add all the ingredients, blend until smooth, and add some almond milk if needed

  2. Transfer mix to a square cake pan

  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 350f (180c) for about 25-30 minutes
