Chickpea Brownies
Ingredients
- 15oz can or 1 1/2 cups of chickpeas
- 1/3 cacao powder
- 2 flax eggs
- 3/4 cup unrefined whole cane sugar (or 1/2 cup agave nectar)
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp baking powder
Preparation
In a blender or food processor add all the ingredients, blend until smooth, and add some almond milk if needed
Transfer mix to a square cake pan
Bake in a preheated oven at 350f (180c) for about 25-30 minutes
