Cinna-Vanilla Zucchini Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 30 g whey protein powder (I used vanilla @bodybywild whey)
  • • 200 g frozen zucchini
  • • 1 frozen banana
  • • 1 cup liquid (milk or water)
  • • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • • 1 tbsp nut butter of choice @ohmega_nutbutters
  • • 1 tbsp VANILLA @freesweetco
  • • 10 cubes of ice

Preparation

  1. Combine everything except ice into a blender and blend until smooth

  2. Add ice and blend again. Add more liquid if needed. Taste and adjust flavours and sweetness levels as desired

  3. Add toppings and enjoy
