Cinna-Vanilla Zucchini Smoothie
Ingredients
- 30 g whey protein powder (I used vanilla @bodybywild whey)
- • 200 g frozen zucchini
- • 1 frozen banana
- • 1 cup liquid (milk or water)
- • 1 tsp vanilla extract
- • 1 tsp cinnamon
- • 1 tbsp nut butter of choice @ohmega_nutbutters
- • 1 tbsp VANILLA @freesweetco
- • 10 cubes of ice
Preparation
Combine everything except ice into a blender and blend until smooth
Add ice and blend again. Add more liquid if needed. Taste and adjust flavours and sweetness levels as desired
Add toppings and enjoy
