Coconut Chicken Bites

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1/2 cup fine almond flour
  • 1/3 cup coconut shreds

Preparation

  1. Beat your egg and coconut aminos in a bowl, set aside. Mix together your flour and coconut shreds, set aside. Grab your cubed chicken, dip in egg mixture, roll in flour mixture and plop into air fryer. Set the @ninjakitchen duel air fryer to 390F - let cook for 17-20 minutes while flipping halfway through

  2. For roasted peppers: mini peppers, halved, coconut aminos.

  3. Toss peppers in liquid aminos and transfer to the other side of the air fryer. Set air fryer to 390F, let cook for 17-20 minutes. Serve both with whatever sauce you like
