Coconut Milk Chia Cup with Fruit

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbs of chia seeds
  • cup of coconut milk
  • some vanilla
  • added fruit

Preparation

  1. I just soaked 2 Tbs of chia seeds in a cup of coconut milk and some vanilla over night and added fruit to it in the morning

  2. Chia seeds are full of fibre and protein, which makes them a perfect breakfast food
