Coconut Milk Chia Cup with Fruit
Ingredients
- 2 Tbs of chia seeds
- cup of coconut milk
- some vanilla
- added fruit
Preparation
I just soaked 2 Tbs of chia seeds in a cup of coconut milk and some vanilla over night and added fruit to it in the morning
Chia seeds are full of fibre and protein, which makes them a perfect breakfast food
