

Ingredients
- blend 1 egg
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup coconut oil - softened
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- 1/2 tsp vanilla. Scrape down sides and add in 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup cacao
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- pinch of salt. Continue to blend until ball forms. Chill for 20 minutes. Roll in balls and place on parchment lined baking sheet
- bake at 350 for 11-13 minutes. Let cool and drizzle with chocolate
