Creamy Coconut Nana Sultana Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 3 cups water
  • handful of sultanas
  • pinch of celtic seasalt
  • few pinches of cinnamon
  • 2 bananas, chopped in half coins
  • 3 handsful of blueberries
  • 3 tbsp almond paste
  • blue corn petals
  • forgetmenots

Preparation

  1. Place oats, coconutmilk, water, sultanas, salt and cinnamon in a saucepan and let it soak overnight

  2. In the morning add banana and cook and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, until smooth and creamy

  3. Pour in beautiful bowls and top with bluebs, blue corn flower petals, forgetmenots, almond butter and purple clover
