Crispy Brussel Sprouts with Bacon Breakfast

Ingredients

  • bacon
  • brussel sprouts
  • 2 eggs
  • shredded cheese
  • additional veggies

Preparation

  1. Slice and cook bacon over medium-high heat until crispy on all sides. Remove and place on a paper towel.

  2. Slice brussel sprouts and place into the same pan with bacon juices. Flip them cut side down and cook undisturbed for a few minutes, then flip and cook until desired crispiness.

  3. Remove from heat and combine with bacon.

  4. Beat 2 eggs and pour into the same pan, top with shredded cheese and stir until cooked through.

  5. Serve with additional veggies.
