Crispy Brussel Sprouts with Bacon Breakfast
Ingredients
- bacon
- brussel sprouts
- 2 eggs
- shredded cheese
- additional veggies
Preparation
Slice and cook bacon over medium-high heat until crispy on all sides. Remove and place on a paper towel.
Slice brussel sprouts and place into the same pan with bacon juices. Flip them cut side down and cook undisturbed for a few minutes, then flip and cook until desired crispiness.
Remove from heat and combine with bacon.
Beat 2 eggs and pour into the same pan, top with shredded cheese and stir until cooked through.
Serve with additional veggies.
