Crispy Tandoori Fish Bites
Ingredients
- crispy tandoori fish bites
- you will need:
- 2 tilapia fillets
- 3 tsp rice flour
- 1 tsp plain flour
- 1 tsp rajah tandoori powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/3 tsp salt
- cold water as needed
Preparation
Cut the tilapia fillets into small bite size cubes and dry on paper towel
Measure the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix
Add enough cold water to make a loose but not too runny batter, whisk until smooth and lump free
Coat the fish pieces in batter and deep fry till golden brown on both sides (about 2 - 3 minutes either side)
Drain on kitchen towel and serve with you favourite sauce!
