Bring some water to boil in a pot (how much you want for broth) & add in 1/2 tbsp Veggie Bouillon paste, 1 tbsp miso paste + 1 tbsp tahini. Stir together & add in @koyonoodles Udon Noodles. These are full of protein (9g), cook in just 7 mins & taste so delicious- my fav
When the noods have 4 mins left to cook, add to the pot 1/2 cup frozen edamame & some frozen broccoli. After 4 mins everything should be cooked, so season w garlic powder & ground ginger (plus salt & pepper to taste)
