Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gf oats
  • 2/3 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup almond butter or fav nut butter
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together & let set in fridge for about a half hour. Roll into small balls about 1 inch size. Store in air tight container in fridge & enjoy
