Fermented Soy Beans

Ingredients

  • Use two blocks of tempeh. Marinate : 1/3c avocado oil, 2 tbs tamari sauce, 2 tbs Worcestershire sauce, 1 tbs sesame oil, 1 tbs water, 2 tbs maple syrup, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp ginger, 1 tsp mushroom blend, 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional )
  • Once you marinate tempeh for at least 30 minutes, it only take a couple of minuets to cook on a hot skillet. For the rice. Just place your cauliflower in the food processor until made rice, I cook mine with a bit of vegan butter garlic and salt. Garnish with black sesame seeds
