Gingerbread Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
- 2/3 cup non-dairy milk
- 1 teaspoon blackstrap molasses
- 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a jar, let set overnight and served warmed with spiced almond butter and extra non-dairy milk or yogurt
