Good Morning Granola

Ingredients

  • sehr sättigend, reich an eiweß,ballaststoffe und gutes fett.
  • good morning granola ☕️☕️:
  • 2 cups oat
  • 2 ricecake or speltcake (crushed into small pieces)
  • 3-4 tbsps maple syrup or honey
  • 6 tbsps tahini (sesame paste)
  • 6 tbsps hazelnut paste (home-made)
  • 1 handful of nuts (roughly chopped)
  • 3 sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp of cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Put the ingredients in a baking pan and mix them well

  2. Then bake the Mixture in a preheated oven at 170 C for 20 Min. Remove from oven and stir the mixture and bake it for another 20 Min. with occasional stirring until the mixture becomes a beautiful gold-brown color. ?add 3 to 4 tbsps granola to yogurt topped with fruits.???? It’s very filling. Rich in Protein and good fat
